Open Deposit History to check its status. Confirm that you submitted the correct transaction hash and used the network shown on the Wallet page. A pending deposit is awaiting an administrator's review; do not submit the same transfer again.

Where can I see a withdrawal update?

Withdrawal History shows pending, approved and rejected requests. Review the admin note and transaction hash, when available. Approval and blockchain confirmation are separate steps.

How do I reset my password?
