Terms of Service

By registering an account or accessing services on Doller, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
• You acknowledge digital asset investments carry capital risk and understand that you may lose your principal.

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. Accounts with fabricated identity may be suspended.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining strong credentials and protecting your password and email verification codes.
• Single Account Policy: Strictly one account per individual is permitted. Operating duplicate or sybil accounts will result in immediate termination.
• No Account Sharing: Credentials must not be shared, rented, or transferred to any third party under any circumstance.

• Minimum Investment: $10 USD equivalent per investment contract.
• Yield Calculation: The current calculation uses 0.50% of active principal per completed 6-hour cycle. Earnings use simple interest and are not automatically compounded.
• Automated Distribution: Completed cycles are processed by the scheduled payout service and recorded in your account history. Credited account earnings and an external withdrawal are separate steps.
• Contract Capital: New investments currently use a 30-day principal lock. Check the release date on your investment; principal is unavailable for withdrawal while locked.
• Calculations use the configured rate at processing time. The calculator assumes the rate stays unchanged and does not establish a fixed-return contract.

• Supported Assets: Deposits are exclusively accepted in USDT via the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network.
• Proof of Transfer: Submit the payment evidence requested on the deposit screen. A transaction hash or payment slip is evidence for review, not automatic confirmation of receipt.
• Verification: An administrator reviews the submitted transfer before crediting your balance. Review times vary; follow Deposit History for the decision and any review note.
• Incorrect Transfers: Sending unsupported tokens or utilizing incompatible networks (e.g. TRC20, ERC20) can result in loss of funds. Recovery is not guaranteed.

• Minimum Threshold: $5 USD available balance.
• Processing Window: Requests require administrator review. Processing time depends on review and network conditions; no fixed completion time is promised. Follow Withdrawal History for status and transaction details.
• Withdrawal Fee: The current platform fee is 3.00%. Review the fee and net amount on the withdrawal screen before submitting.
• Destination Address: Payouts are remitted to your configured BEP20 wallet address. You are responsible for ensuring address accuracy.
• Security Review: Outbound requests may undergo compliance review. Rejected requests are instantly refunded to your available balance.

Suspected activity listed below may lead to account restrictions while it is reviewed. A restriction does not by itself establish that funds are forfeited. Contact support with the relevant request IDs to ask for a review:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or unlawful financial transactions.
• Submitting fraudulent, reused, or fake blockchain transaction hashes.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities, reverse-engineering, or automated scripting bots.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, multi-accounting, or promotional abuse.

By continuing platform usage, you explicitly acknowledge:

• Digital asset returns are subject to operational variables and are not state-insured.
• Blockchain networks may experience congestion or gas price volatility outside platform control.
• Regulatory developments in your local jurisdiction may impact asset availability or service delivery.

• Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or upgrade platform components at any time.
• Scheduled maintenance windows may be activated to ensure security and consensus integrity.
• These Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies binding consent.

To the greatest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Doller and its operators are not liable for losses resulting from user trading or investment decisions.
• We bear no responsibility for third-party wallet provider disruptions or blockchain consensus forks.
• These terms do not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For an account dispute, contact support with your account email, relevant request IDs and a description of the issue. Never send your password or recovery phrase.

This support process does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.
